Are you drooling yet?
I have been trying to make this dish for years but have never succeeded until recently.
One casual Saturday, we (Me and my Husband) picked out some pork belly in Carrefour for dinner. Without any expectations, we seasoned and threw the pork belly, skin on, into the oven. And it came out perfect. Juicy and tender with a wickedly crispy skin. Sheer coincidence? no exactly, but we were very pleasantly surprised!
The secret? It lies in the oven, temperature control, preparation.
