I enjoy cooking and baking a lot, like many people.
You can call me a foodie, a amateur chef, crazy food addict… or even a lousy cook. But at the end of the day, it simply boils down to passion and the emotions attached to cooking.
I imagine flavors and I follow my gut instincts when cooking, which often led me to what i would call KITCHEN CATASTROPHES. But there are also occasions where my gut feeling brought me and people I care to cook for into a realm of gourmet ecstasy.
